“Don’t Worry I’ll Be Here On The Morrow”

Life on the road keeps calling me, soft and plaintively

My wandering soul keeps searching, longing to be free

But the whisper of your love so softly beckons me

So don’t you worry, I’ll be here on the morrow

Lots of things along life’s road I’d like to leave behind

Lots of thoughts I cling to, I wish would leave my mind

But the thought of leaving you, is a mountain so hard to climb

So don’t you worry, I’ll be here on the morrow

For many years I’d traveled, over mountains, valleys and plains

Always searching, never finding, over and over again

Now my wanderlust to travel will never be the same

So don’t you worry, I’ll be here on the morrow

For one day I awaken, lying in your arms

I knew I’d reached my destination, for now and ever more

Heart, body and soul, captured by your charms

So don’t you worry, I’ll be here on the morrow

Now every time I think of leaving, I see you lying there

Your eyes glistening so sweetly, golden highlights in your hair

Then the thought of leaving you, becomes a thought too hard to bare

So don’t you worry, I’ll be here on the morrow

No don’t worry, I’ll be here for all time
